General Information

• First Call Nursing Agency are based in Bolton, Lancashire in the U.K. and were established in 1997.
• First Call provide qualified nurses and health care assistants to cover holidays and sickness to nursing homes and hospitals. The agency carefully matches the skills of its staff to meet the needs of its customers.
• FCNA Home Care provide care in your own home. Help can often be provided at short notice. Care assistance from 1/2 hour up to 24 hours can be catered for.
  
• The agency is run by two partners, Helen and John Crickmore. Helen is a Registered Nurse and midwife with a background of general surgical, midwifery, nursing homes and practice nursing. She is in charge of recruitment and placement of staff.
• John has over 20 years experience of running his own business and is in charge of administration and I.T. for the nursing agency.
• First Call is an umbrella body for the Criminal Records Bureau, and can offer CRB checks to third parties.
